💵 Stablecoin

Anemos embeds a native, overcollateralized stablecoin directly in the protocol — not as a smart contract (the chain has no VM) but as consensus logic, alongside the transfer, bond, and withdraw modules. Every operation is integer/fixed-point only and re-executed by every node, so the stablecoin state is part of the committed state root.
